Remove and reinstall the affected printer driver.Change drawing component colors from TrueColor (RGB) to Index colors (1-255).The samples below are with Floor Plan set as Legacy Hidden and the other set as As Displayed. Has anyone here ever ran into this same problem? And how did you get it resolved?

Now, today I noticed that if I set the Floor Plan Viewport to AS DISPLAYED, then the one set as SHADES OF GRAY works. I have search the net for this problem for ages and have not been able to find a solution EVER.

In very rare cases the plot comes out ok with one VIEWPORT set as LEGACY HIDDEN and the other as SHADES OF GRAY, you get both correct, but you can open the same job later on and it REFUSES to plot the SHADES OF GRAY again, it comes out as a BLANK BOX, no matter how many times you try to plot, it always plots a blank box, we are using DWG TO PDF BTWĪnd then in MOST cases when you recreate the scenario above, AutoCAD REFUSES to plot SHADES OF GRAY from new drawing, NO matter how many times you try. Troubleshooting an operating system update If the issue occurs after upgrading from Windows 7 to 10: Reset AutoCAD to default. The viewport of the layout might be corrupt. This is something that has been plaguing me ever since release 12, you create a Paperspace Layout, add your Title Template then you add a few unique VIEWPORTS of your project, in many cases we want to create a PDF with a view on one VIEWPORT set as SHADES OF GRAY while the floor plan is ALWAYS set to LEGACY HIDDEN, now here the dilemma: Try any of the following: Uncheck Plot paperspace last.
